So, for the last 4 years a friend of mine and I have been heading out into the middle of the Arizona desert for the famous 24 Hours in The Old Pueblo. We were lucky enough (after staying awake until 3am) to get another entry for this awesome 24 hour mountain bike race hosted by Epic Rides. This year registration filled up in 7 hours, so as you can imagine, we were pretty excited to get a spot.
If you haven’t heard of the #24HOP put on by #epicrides look it up, it is an amazing event, put on by an amazing group of people. In have heard it coined as “The Burning Man” of 24 hour mountain bike races.
Unfortunately, we are selling our entry this year. Sometimes you just get too busy to do everything you want to do, and at this stage if my life a week away from my Family and work is just too stressful.
THE GOOD NEWS is that my buddy and I have have decided to head to Death Valley for 3 nights instead! So keep an eye out for my post on that trip at the end of February!
